Ingredients
12 Ounce Bag Frozen Strawberries
10 Ounce Bag Frozen Peaches
12 Ounce Bag Frozen Bananas
6 Ounces Raspberries
8 Teaspoons Flaxseed
9 Teaspoons Oats
2-3 Joji Berries per bag
To make the smoothie:
1 Cup Vanilla Almond or Coconut Milk Per Bag
Instructions
Place 4 strawberries, 3-4 peach slices, 1 teaspoon flaxseed, 1 teaspoon oats, 5 raspberries, 1/2 cup banana and 2-3 goji berries into each ziploc bag (8 total). Seal and place them in the freezer.
When ready to make the smoothie, dump the contents of the bag along with 1 cup vanilla almond or coconut milk into a blender and blend on high for 1 minute or until the smoothie is smooth.
Serve in a reusable cup or a paper cup for on the go.
