Try these easy dinners that are less than $30 and under 30 minutes to make and shop the recipes to get the ingredients you need sent straight to your door.

I did all the grocery lists for you so all you have to do is click this link if you want to make all 5 dinners or click the individual grocery lists under the recipe you would like to make. Make sure to check the quantities in the recipes and double check your fridge and pantry for what you already have on hand. 

When you get to the grocery list page make sure you click the + button for any ingredients you don’t have on hand. If there is an item that is out of stock just pick a replacement. 

Next pick your delivery time and date and get your groceries delivered directly to your doorstep.

Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cut the chicken into half lengthwise to create thin slices of chicken. Then cut the chicken in half to create 6 thin slices. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the panko bread crumbs into a shallow bowl. Dredge the chicken into the panko bread crumbs and press down to coat.
  4. Add about 1/4 cup olive oil to the preheated pan. When the oil is hot sear the chicken until crispy and golden brown on both sides, about 5-6 minutes per side. You may need to add more oil when you flip the chicken.
  5. When the chicken is golden on both sides remove the chicken to a wire rack set on a baking sheet.
  6. Top the crispy chicken with a spoonful of tomato sauce.
  7. Then top with a couple of tablespoons of cheese.
  8. Place the pan under the broiler to melt the cheese until it’s golden brown.
  9. Place the bread on a baking sheet and toast under the broiler until golden brown.
  10. When the bread is toasted spoon another spoonful of tomato sauce onto the bread. Sandwich the bread with the chicken parmesan and top with fresh basil.
  11. Season with some finishing salt if desired and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Sloppy Joe Sliders

Directions:

  1. First preheat the skillet over medium high heat and sauté the diced onion and garlic in some olive oil or butter.
  2. Then add the ground beef and sauté until brown and fully cooked. Break up the meat with a wooden spoon as it cooks.
  3. Next make the sauce by combining the worcestersire sauce, mustard and ketchup and stir to combine. Add the sloppy Joe sauce to the pan.
  4. Season the meat mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toast the pretzel buns under the broiler until they are golden brown.
  6. Top the buns with the sloppy joe meat and top with cheddar cheese.
  7. Serve immediately.

Easy Shredded Beef Enchiladas:

Directions:

  1. Preheat a small saute pan over medium heat and add the coconut oil.
  2. When your oil is hot but not smoking dip the tortillas into the hot oil for 20 seconds on both sides (you do not want the tortillas to get crispy you are just making the tortillas plyable). Set aside and finish flash frying all the tortillas.
  3. Place about 1/2 cup enchilada sauce on the bottom of a 9×12 baking dish. Dip the tortilla into the sauce and place about 2-3 tablepoons cheese and 2-3 tablespoons shredded beef on the bottom half of the tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortilla thightly to form an enchilada. Repeat with the remaining toritllas until you have made all your enchiladas.
  5. Top the pan of enchiladas with remaining enchilada sauce and cheese.
  6. Bake at 400 F for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the enchiladas are warmed through.
  7. Top the enchiladas with toppings of choice.

Marry Me Chicken:

Make sure to pick your sides. Some options included potatoes or green beans. 

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the butter to melt. Sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken to a plate.
  4. Add the shallot, sun dired tomatoes, Italian seasoning and garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Deglaze the pan with white cooking wine and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Then add the tomato sauce and cream and stir to combine. Add back the chicken and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Directions:

  1. Turn the broiler on to high.
  2. Preheat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Brown the ground beef until cooked through. Remove excess grease and add the seasonings. Stir to combine.
  4. Place the naan on a foil-lined baking sheet. Top the naan with the ground beef and optional cheese . Place under the broiler for 1 minute to warm the bread.
  5. Top with toppings. 
  6.  Serve with a side of your choice.
