If you are anything like me you love the convenience of Walmart Instacart. This meal plan is for easy dinners that are less than $30 and under 30 minutes to make.

Instacart Walmart Grocery How To:

I did all the grocery lists for you so all you have to do is click this link if you want to make all 5 dinners or click the individual grocery lists under the recipe you would like to make. Make sure to check the quantities in the recipes and double check your fridge and pantry for what you already have on hand. 

When you get to the grocery list page make sure you click the + button for any ingredients you don’t have on hand. If there is an item that is out of stock just pick a replacement. 

Next pick your delivery time and date and get your groceries delivered directly to your doorstep.

Italian Sandwiches

Italian Sandwiches

Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 package Italian cooked sausage, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 zucchini, sliced
1-2 cups mini bell peppers, sliced
Drizzle of olive oil
1 can whole San Marzano tomatoes, crushed
3 cups kale
Ciabatta rolls, sliced in half
1 cup Quattro formaggi cheese or 5 cheese blend

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 F.
Toss the sausages, onion, zucchini and peppers on a sheet tray with some olive oil. Cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and add the tomatoes and kale. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes. Toast the rolls with the cheese in the same oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove the sheet tray, toss to combine everything and place the mixture on the rolls.

Copycat Chili’s Enchilada Soup

Ingredients:
2 (28 ounce) cans red enchilada sauce
1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
Toppings:
Cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Sliced olives
Tortilla strips

Directions:
Place the enchilada sauce and chicken into a pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and add the cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the soup is warm. Top the soup with toppings of your choice.

Taco Pasta

Ingredients:
1 Pound Ground Turkey or Lean Ground Beef
1 (28 OZ) Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Cup Jarred Red Salsa
1 Pound Medium Shell Pasta
1-2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Toppings:
Sour cream
Pickled Tamed Jalapeños

Directions:
Brown your meat over medium high heat until cooked through. Add the tomato sauce and salsa and stir to combine. Cook the pasta until cooked through. Drain and add straight to the sauce. Add the cheese and stir to combine. Top the taco past with desired toppings.

Orange Chicken

Ingredients:
2 cloves, minced garlic (2 cubes frozen garlic)
4 teaspoons grated ginger (4 cubes frozen ginger)
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar (pantry item)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/4 cup braggs aminos
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1.5 pound chicken breast, boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch cubes mixed with 1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 pound broccoli, florets
4 cups cooked white rice

Directions:

Combine the first 8 ingredients into a bowl.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add a couple teaspoons oil and then add the chicken (tossed in cornstarch). Sear for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Add the sauce and cook for an additional 3 minutes then add the broccoli and cook until the chicken is cooked through.
