Before my air fryer, my go to method for cooking broccoli was in the oven. I loved perfectly roasted broccoli for a side dish. It’s a simple, healthy and delicious side dish.
Now it’s definitely air fried broccoli. The broccoli florets get tossed in some olive oil and placed in the air fryer basket with the crisper plate. It only takes around 10 minutes to make from start to finish and you got yourself a delicious, healthy side dish.

Do you wash the broccoli before you cut into florets or afterwards?
I was it before. But you can do either. Just make sure you dry them really well so the oil will stick to them.
