  • 2 pounds pork tenderloin, trimmed of fat silver skin and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon achiote annatto paste
  • 1 large orange zested and juiced
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes

Avocado Creama:

  • 1/4 cup salsa verde
  • 1/4 cup Mexican creama
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
