In this blog post, we’ll dive into the world of lavash bread pizza, exploring its origins, its unique characteristics, and providing a simple and delicious recipe for you to try at home.

The Origins of Lavash Bread:

Lavash bread is a soft, thin, and flexible flatbread with a rich history that stretches back centuries.

Originating in the Middle East, lavash has been enjoyed across various cultures, from Armenia and Iran to Turkey and beyond.

What Is Lavash Made Of:

Traditionally, lavash is made from simple ingredients such as flour, water, and salt, which are mixed into a dough, rolled out thinly, and baked in a hot oven or on a hot griddle.

This versatile bread has been a staple in many cuisines, acting as a vessel for various fillings and toppings.
