Pomegranate mojito mocktail is the perfect festive non-alcoholic holiday drink to serve at your next gathering.

Pomegranate Mojito Mocktail

It’s slightly sweet, tangy and has a touch of bubbles. The muddled mint infuses the pomegranate juice and adds a beautiful floral note.

Mocktails are the new cocktails! I love a good mocktail and this pomegranate mojito mocktail is the perfect way to get your holiday get togethers started.

What Is A Mocktail:

A mocktail is a non-alcoholic mixed drink that can be served at a cocktail party or get together for kids and adults who don’t drink alcohol or want a non-alcoholic option.

It’s the perfect way to make someone feel special who doesn’t drink.

Mocktails can be beautiful and tasty and are a great way to to serve something really tasty.

Many cocktails can be easily made with non-alcoholic alternatives and taste very similar to the original cocktail recipe.

Ingredients For Pomegranate Mojito Mocktail:

Here is what you need to make the drink.

Pomegranate Juice: I love the POM brand, but any 100% pomegranate juice will do just fine. Just make sure it is 100% juice.

Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice: You don’t want to buy pre-squeezed juice for this recipe. Fresh squeezed lime juice just tastes so much better than the bottled stuff.

Fresh Mint: Fresh mint adds a delicious mojito flavor to the mocktail.

Lemon Lime Soda: I use 7-Up or Sprite for this recipe. If you want a low carb option use sparkling water instead.

Pomegranate Seeds: This adds a delicious texture and also is a beautiful garnish.

Sugar In The Raw: This is optional, but I love adding a little extra touch by garnishing the glasses with some sugar in the raw. You can also use regular granulated sugar.

How To Make Pomegranate Mojito Mocktail:

This recipe is really simple just follow these easy steps.

Step 1: Prep the glassware and sugar the rims.

Step 2. Place the juice and mint into a large pitcher and muddle the mint. Muddling is simply just smashing and slightly bruising the mint with a muddler or a wooden spoon.

Step 3. Add in the remaining ingredients. If you would like to make this ahead of time just leave out the sparkling soda or sparkling water until right before you are ready to serve.

How To Garnish A Mocktail:

This garnish just makes this mock tail so much more extra special! It’s not required but it definitely makes a statement and is a beautiful way to serve this drink.

First, pick a glass that is either a stemless wine glass like the ones you see below or you could even use champagne flutes.

Next, place the raw sugar in a small bowl.

Slice a lime into quarters and rub the lime around the rim of the glass. I do just a small portion but you could do the whole glass as well.

Next, dip the rim into the raw sugar.

You can garnish with extra pomegranate seeds, mint and a lime wedge if desired.
