Pico De Gallo: I like to make my own pico de Gallo. I use fresh tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, jalapeño, lime juice, and some salt. You can also use store bought if you prefer. 

Green Onions: Green onions add a delicious bright flavor and color to the dish. 

Red Onion: I like to pickle my red onions. You can use this recipe for a quick pickled red onion recipe

Cilantro: Adds a delicious bright flavor and color to the dish. 

Jalapeno: Adds a little spicy touch. You can leave these off or use pickled, tamed jalapeños if you would like a less spicy option.
